Create Black & White photos for Home Decor

I was so excited to get my black and white photos back from Heritage Makers! I created 4 photos on a 12 x 12 scrapbook page using the "filter option" under the "effects tab" of the Tool Box.

I ordered two scrapbook pages because I was using the pictures for two projects.

First, I wanted to make my Mother-in-Law a wall hanging for Mother's Day. I used a wooden board, painted it black, and modge podged my pictures onto the board. It was so easy! Here's what it looks like:



Second, my kitchen wall was in need of a decoration. I took the same four pictures and modge podged them onto wall boxes that I painted black. Everyone of my kids came in at various times during the day and said "Way cool Mom!" Success! Take a look:
